Pedals for Pooches no more??

Looks like Briggs has decided to do a 5K & 10K fun walk/run on March 24th instead of Pedals for Pooches. It's called Tails on Trails. There is no sign of Pedals for Pooches on the Briggs web site.

CASA Ride volunteers needed

The CASA ride will be on Sat. May 19th, I believe the same day as the Rich Rau Ride. The CASA organizers are looking for volunteers to help out with various jobs. If you go to http://casarivercentury.org/News.aspx you can see where they need volunteers. Jeff and Susan Brandenburg have arranged for the Busy Bees 4H club to man the South Jefferson Elem. (Summit Point) rest stop in the morning - THANKS Jeff and Susan!

Time change and the Bakerton ride.

The time change this weekend signals the start of the Bakerton ride season. I would like to start next Wednesday the 16th at 5:15 and as the amount of light increases we can adjust the start time if 5:15 is too early. Hope to see a good turn out this year. Don’t forget a flashing light for safety. Cheers Scott and Jen
